Step Up operates a women’s home and a maternity home in the city of Muskegon. These houses provide homes for up to four young women and four young pregnant women ages 18-24 and their infants up to the age of 9 months. Participants live in community by sharing a common kitchen, dining, and living area while maintaining their privacy by having their own bedroom. This living arrangement promotes responsibility, community, cooperation and relationships among the participants.
